Yes!  We currently have a 3 year old and 4 year old program.

No, we now only have a full kindergarten program.
 
How old does a child have to be to attend Archangel Gabriel School School?
The state of Pennsylvania uses your child’s age as of September 1st as their basis for determining when a student can enroll in Kindergarten. Consequently, if your child turns 5 on or before September 1st they are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. The same date is also used in preschool: if your child turns 3 on or before September 1st they are eligible to enroll in 3-year-old preschool. If they turn 4 on or before September 1st they are eligible to enroll in 4-year-old preschool.

Enrollment varies from year to year, but there are approximately 370 students enrolled in Preschool-8th grade.

Does my family need to be Catholic to attend Archangel Gabriel School?
All are welcome! While the Catholic faith is an integral part of school life, a number of our school students are not Catholic.

What time do classes start and end?
The school day begins at 8:10 a.m. and ends at 2:45 p.m. for grades K-8. The full-day preschool begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 2:45 p.m.
 
Does Archangel Gabriel School provide bus transportation?
Bus transportation to and from Archangel Gabriel School for K-8 students is provided by your local public school district. Any district within 10 miles of our school is required to provide transportation. Feel free to call our school office or your school district’s transportation coordinator for details.

Do the children wear uniforms?

Does Archangel Gabriel School provide before or after school care?
Before school care is available in the cafeteria starting at 7:15 a.m. Archangel Gabriel School offers an Extended Day program for parents who need to arrange for care for their children after school. This is available for a modest fee for all K-8 students and is provided starting after school dismissal until 5 p.m.  Extended day cannot be offered to Preschool students at this time.
